Hi, I’m Rebeca Henderson, founder of BecauseWeLift, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and mobility specialist passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
Throughout my career I’ve helped clients build strength, improve mobility, lose weight, and create sustainable fitness habits that fit real life—not extreme routines or quick fixes. My approach combines strength training, nutrition guidance, flexibility work, and functional movement to help clients achieve long-term results while feeling supported every step of the way.
